Terms of Service

Terms of Service

Introduction

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Dovarlin™ website, online store, content, shopping features, products, and related customer services.

Dovarlin™ is operated by Suzhou Vision Unlimited Technology Co., Ltd. Throughout these Terms, “Dovarlin™,” “Company,” “we,” “our,” and “us” refer to Suzhou Vision Unlimited Technology Co., Ltd.

Our online store uses Shopify’s commerce platform. Shopify supplies the technology that supports the store, but purchases made through the website are transactions directly between you and the Company.

By browsing the website, creating an account, submitting an order, or otherwise using our services, you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue use of the website.

Section 1 — Customer Eligibility and Accounts

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your place of residence to make a purchase. If you are under the applicable age of majority, you may use the website only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

When placing an order or opening an account, you agree to provide information that is accurate, complete, and current. This may include your name, email address, billing information, shipping details, and payment information.

You are responsible for:

  • Protecting your login credentials

  • Restricting unauthorized access to your account

  • Reviewing the accuracy of information submitted through your account

  • Informing us promptly if you suspect unauthorized activity

Accounts may not be transferred, sold, rented, or assigned to another person without our written approval.

Section 2 — Product Information

Dovarlin™ makes reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, dimensions, materials, photographs, and other details clearly.

However, the appearance of jewelry and accessories may vary slightly because of:

  • Screen brightness and color settings

  • Lighting used in product photography

  • Natural variations in materials, finishes, or decorative elements

  • Differences between handmade or individually finished pieces

  • Manufacturing tolerances and measurement methods

Images may sometimes be enlarged to show product details. Customers should review the listed measurements before ordering.

Product descriptions, prices, packaging, availability, specifications, and designs may be updated without advance notice. We may also discontinue products or restrict quantities based on inventory, location, suspected misuse, or other reasonable commercial considerations.

Nothing in this section limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

Section 3 — Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order represents your offer to purchase the selected products. An automated order confirmation only confirms that we received your request; it does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted.

An order is accepted when we confirm it for fulfillment or dispatch it, depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

We may reject, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including when:

  • A product is unavailable

  • Payment cannot be authorized

  • Billing or shipping information appears incomplete

  • A pricing or listing error is identified

  • The order appears fraudulent or unauthorized

  • Shipping restrictions prevent fulfillment

  • The quantity ordered suggests unauthorized resale

  • The transaction may violate applicable law or payment-provider requirements

If payment has already been collected for an order we cannot fulfill, the applicable amount will be returned to the original payment method.

Products purchased through Dovarlin™ are intended for personal or household use unless we have provided written authorization for commercial resale.

Section 4 — Prices, Taxes, and Billing

Prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website or during checkout. Unless otherwise stated, transactions are processed in United States Dollars (USD).

The final checkout amount may include:

  • Product charges

  • Shipping fees

  • Applicable sales or consumption taxes

  • Customs duties or import-related charges, where applicable

Promotional prices, discount codes, and limited-time offers may be changed or withdrawn in accordance with applicable law. Additional conditions displayed with a promotion will apply to that offer. If promotional conditions conflict with these Terms, the specific promotional conditions will control for that promotion.

You agree to provide valid and current billing information. By submitting payment details, you confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method and that the payment provider may process the transaction.

Dovarlin™ does not directly store complete credit or debit card numbers. Payments are handled through authorized payment processors and commerce service providers.

Section 5 — Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed and delivered according to our Shipping Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Estimated processing and transit periods are provided for general planning purposes. Actual delivery may be affected by carrier operations, customs inspections, local conditions, severe weather, holidays, address issues, or events outside our reasonable control.

We cannot guarantee an exact delivery date unless a specific guaranteed service is expressly offered at checkout.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and deliverable shipping address. Please contact us promptly if an address correction is required. Changes may not be possible after an order enters fulfillment.

Ownership and risk of loss transfer in accordance with applicable law. Nothing in these Terms transfers risk to a consumer earlier than permitted by mandatory consumer-protection rules.

Section 6 — Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

Return requests are governed by the Dovarlin™ Return and Refund Policy.

Eligible items may generally be returned within 30 days after delivery, provided they meet the conditions described in that policy. A return must be approved before an item is sent back.

Products returned without authorization, outside the stated return period, or in a condition that does not satisfy the return requirements may be refused where permitted by law.

Refunds are normally issued to the payment method used for the original transaction. Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution.

Statutory cancellation, return, or remedy rights available under local consumer law remain unaffected.

Section 7 — Website Ownership and Intellectual Property

The website and its contents—including product photography, graphics, layouts, written material, videos, logos, design elements, software, and downloadable content—are owned by or licensed to the Company and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Dovarlin™ names, logos, collections, product names, visual identity, and slogans may constitute trademarks or trade dress belonging to the Company or its licensors.

You receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive right to access the website for personal shopping and other lawful, non-commercial purposes.

Without prior written authorization, you may not:

  • Copy or republish substantial website content

  • Modify or create derivative commercial materials

  • Use product images for resale or advertising

  • Remove copyright, trademark, or ownership notices

  • Frame, mirror, or reproduce the store on another service

  • Extract product data through automated scraping

  • Use Dovarlin™ branding in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation

No ownership rights are transferred to you through your use of the website.

Section 8 — Third-Party Features and Services

The website may provide access to applications, payment processors, shipping services, analytics tools, social-media features, or other services supplied by third parties.

These services may operate under separate policies and terms. We do not control every aspect of third-party platforms and cannot guarantee their continued availability.

Your decision to use an optional third-party feature is voluntary. You are responsible for reviewing any terms that apply before using it.

We may introduce, replace, update, or remove website features as the store develops.

Section 9 — External Websites

Links to external websites may be provided for convenience or additional information. A link does not necessarily mean that Dovarlin™ sponsors, approves, or controls the linked website.

We are not responsible for the content, availability, security practices, products, services, or policies of independent websites. Any transaction made with an external provider is between you and that provider.

Please review the relevant third party’s policies before submitting information or completing a purchase outside our store.

Section 10 — Shopify’s Role

Shopify provides the commerce infrastructure used to operate the Dovarlin™ online store. However, the Company—not Shopify—is the seller responsible for products offered through the store.

Your purchase agreement is made directly with Suzhou Vision Unlimited Technology Co., Ltd. Questions involving products, orders, fulfillment, returns, refunds, or customer service should therefore be directed to Dovarlin™.

To the extent allowed by law, Shopify and its affiliates are not responsible for claims arising solely from the Company’s products, order fulfillment, or sales transactions.

Your use of certain Shopify-supported features may also involve Shopify’s own policies and privacy practices.

Section 11 — Privacy and Personal Information

Personal information submitted through the website is handled according to our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Because the store uses Shopify and other service providers, information may be processed by companies that help us operate the website, complete payments, prevent fraud, fulfill orders, provide customer support, and improve store performance.

Some providers may process information in countries different from your country of residence. Additional details about information collection, use, retention, and customer rights are available on our Privacy Policy page and in the relevant service providers’ privacy notices.

Section 12 — Reviews, Suggestions, and Submitted Content

You may have opportunities to submit reviews, photographs, questions, comments, suggestions, or other materials (“Submitted Content”).

You retain ownership of content that legally belongs to you. By submitting it to us, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, transferable, and sublicensable license to host, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, distribute, and display that content for operating, improving, and promoting Dovarlin™.

This permission continues for as long as reasonably necessary for those purposes, subject to applicable law.

You confirm that:

  • You own the content or have permission to submit it

  • The content is accurate to the best of your knowledge

  • Required disclosures regarding incentives or compensation are included

  • The content does not infringe another person’s rights

  • The content does not contain unlawful, abusive, deceptive, or malicious material

Submitted Content should not be considered confidential unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

We may moderate, refuse, or remove content that violates these Terms, applicable law, or our content standards, but we are not obligated to monitor every submission.

Section 13 — Website Errors and Corrections

Store information may occasionally contain typographical mistakes, outdated availability information, incorrect measurements, pricing errors, or other unintended inaccuracies.

Where permitted by law, we may correct inaccurate information, update listings, or cancel an affected order. If an order is canceled after payment because of an error, the relevant payment will be returned.

We are not obligated to update every historical reference, publication date, or archived item unless required by law.

Section 14 — Acceptable Use

You may use the website only for lawful purposes.

You must not use the website to:

  • Violate applicable laws or regulations

  • Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights

  • Submit deceptive, defamatory, threatening, or abusive material

  • Impersonate another person or organization

  • Provide false payment, identity, or delivery information

  • Distribute spam, unauthorized advertising, or fraudulent messages

  • Upload malware, harmful scripts, or destructive code

  • Test or bypass website security without authorization

  • Interfere with the store’s operation or another customer’s access

  • Collect personal information about other users without a lawful basis

  • Scrape, crawl, or extract store information through unauthorized automated methods

  • Use the store to facilitate fraudulent purchases or payment disputes

  • Reproduce or exploit any part of the service for unauthorized commercial purposes

We may investigate suspected misuse and cooperate with payment providers, carriers, platform providers, and lawful authorities when appropriate.

Section 15 — Suspension and Termination

We may restrict or suspend access to the website when we reasonably believe that a customer has violated these Terms, created a security risk, engaged in fraud, harmed other users, or exposed the Company or its service providers to legal liability.

You may stop using the website at any time.

Termination does not remove payment obligations or liabilities that arose before termination. Provisions concerning ownership, submitted content, disclaimers, liability, indemnification, dispute resolution, and other terms intended to continue will survive termination.

Section 16 — Service and Product Disclaimers

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its digital features are provided on an “as available” basis.

We do not promise that website access will always be uninterrupted, timely, or free from technical errors. Maintenance, service-provider interruptions, network conditions, and other operational events may temporarily affect availability.

Product use should follow the instructions and care information supplied with the item. Jewelry and accessories may contain small components and should be kept away from young children when appropriate.

These Terms do not exclude statutory guarantees, warranties, remedies, or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

Section 17 — Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent allowed by applicable law, the Company and its directors, employees, contractors, affiliates, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from website use or a transaction, including lost profits, lost opportunities, or loss of data.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory asserted, but only where such a limitation is legally enforceable.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for:

  • Fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation

  • Willful misconduct

  • Death or personal injury caused by negligence where liability cannot be excluded

  • Obligations that applicable consumer law does not permit us to limit

  • Any other liability that cannot legally be excluded

Your rights may vary depending on your location.

Section 18 — Indemnification

Where permitted by law, you agree to reimburse and protect the Company, its affiliates, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers from reasonable third-party claims, losses, and expenses resulting from:

  • Your material breach of these Terms

  • Your unlawful use of the website

  • Your infringement of another party’s rights

  • Submitted Content that violates these Terms or applicable law

This obligation does not apply to losses caused by the Company’s own unlawful conduct or negligence where such an exclusion is prohibited.

Section 19 — Severability

If a court or competent authority determines that part of these Terms is unlawful or unenforceable, that part will be limited or removed only to the extent necessary.

The remaining provisions will continue in effect. Where legally possible, an invalid provision will be interpreted in a manner that most closely reflects its original lawful purpose.

Section 20 — No Waiver and Complete Agreement

If we delay or decline to enforce a provision, that does not permanently waive our right to enforce it later.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Payment Policy, and any additional checkout conditions, form the agreement governing your use of the store.

They replace earlier communications concerning the same subject, except for rights or obligations that cannot legally be replaced.

Section 21 — Assignment

You may not transfer your rights or responsibilities under these Terms without our written consent.

The Company may transfer its rights or obligations as part of a corporate restructuring, merger, acquisition, asset transfer, or service reorganization, provided that the transfer complies with applicable law and does not improperly reduce mandatory consumer protections.

Section 22 — Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the Company is legally established, without applying conflict-of-law principles that would require another jurisdiction’s law.

Disputes will be submitted to a court with competent jurisdiction unless applicable consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim in another location.

If you are a consumer, mandatory rights available in your country or region remain available regardless of this section.

Before starting formal proceedings, customers are encouraged to contact us so that we have an opportunity to review and address the concern.

Section 23 — Updates to These Terms

We may revise these Terms when store operations, legal requirements, products, or service providers change.

The latest version will be posted on this page. Material updates will be communicated where required by applicable law. Unless otherwise stated, revisions take effect when published.

Your continued use of the website after an update becomes effective indicates acceptance of the revised Terms. Changes will not retroactively reduce rights that have already arisen under a completed transaction unless legally permitted.
